Oral Presentation Information
Authors should design their oral presentations as 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and comments.
It is recommended to use the 16: 9 aspect ratio as this nicely matches the dimensions of many computer monitors.
Recommended minimum text font is 18 pt.
Presentations can be made in Turkish or English, but the presentation material must be in English.

Poster Presentation Information
Preparation of "PDF" file for Poster Presentation
We kindly request that you follow guidelines so that the e-poster you will prepare can be uploaded to the system without any problem.

You can prepare your e-poster using any of the programs such as PowerPoint, Corel, Publisher etc.

You need to prepare your poster as a single page. The PDF file containing the poster should be a maximum of 10 MB in size.

The dimensions of the poster is suggested to be 90x60cm.Posters will be displayed in the symposium system in vertical format. Arranging the dimensions as specified will ensure that your e-poster can be displayed without any problems.

You can set the page size by selecting the "special" part from the design option in the PowerPoint software. Similarly, it is possible to adjust the page sizes from the special page option in other programs.

You can prepare your poster with any design you want. E-Poster presenters should avoid using small letters size to improve readability.

The poster should be saved in PDF format.
