REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

1.    Our congress is held remotely / online and there is no physical participation. For online participation, separate passwords are sent to each participants’ e-mail addresses during the registration through the membership information registered in the system. Passwords are sent to the congress participants one by one, and unregistered participants cannot participate in our congress. For this reason, the system administrator only allows access to the system for people who are registered in the system.
2.    Our congress is of national and international nature and meets the criteria for 2023 associate professorship applications. For this reason, do not request information on this subject and do not communicate.
3.    An author who registers to the congress can participate with a maximum two papers. Authors, who send more than two papers must pay half of the congress participation fee.
4.    When making payments for congress registration, the name and surname of one of the author’s whose name is included in the relevant paper, should be written in the explanation section.  Additionally, the name of the congress should be included. For payments made via ATM, the name of the participant must be specified, not the T.R. number.  Our congress cannot be responsible for any inconvenience.
5.    Invitation and acceptance letters are being sent after the presentation fee is paid to the congress account. Please send your payment receipt to nonwood@personel.bartin.edu.tr. After submitting the receipt, your acceptance and invitation document will be sent to you by e-mail.
6.    The symposium e-book will be prepared in digital format. The authors and the accepted papers will be available in the e-book with the abstract or full text (if wanted).
